Shawn Devine has been designing and facilitating learning programs for over two decades. He holds a psychology degree from NC State and a Master of Education from the University of Georgia, and has spent his career working across just about every organizational type you can imagine—Fortune 100 corporations, small nonprofits, professional services firms, engineering and law offices, and higher education.

What makes the work land isn’t the credentials. It’s the room. Shawn’s facilitation style is engaging, interactive, and—yes— occasionally funny. Participants don’t sit through lectures. They work through something real together and leave with at least one thing they can actually use on Monday morning. That’s the bar every session is held to.

Some of the work Shawn is proudest of: original curriculum design for the Emory University Center for Lifelong Learning, facilitation for international teams across multiple continents, and long-term engagements with organizations that came back year after year because something actually changed.

The assessment side of the practice runs deep. Shawn is certified in Everything DiSC®, Five Behaviors®, MBTI®, EQ-i 2.0®, and FIRO-B®.
