SHAWN DEVINE
I hold a psychology degree from NC State and a Master of Education from the University of Georgia, and I've worked across just about every kind of organization there is: Fortune 100 companies, small nonprofits, professional services firms, engineering and law offices, and higher education.
What makes the work land isn’t the credentials. It’s the room. People don’t sit through lectures with me. They work through something real, and they leave with at least one thing they can use on Monday morning. That’s the bar I hold every session to.
Some of the work I’m proudest of: original curriculum for the Emory University Center for Lifelong Learning, facilitation for international teams across several continents, and engagements organizations came back to year after year because something actually changed.
