Leadership Development

For new managers, emerging leaders, and experienced managers refining their craft.

Most managers were promoted for being excellent specialists, then got no training in the job they were actually handed. New managers need the foundations — hard conversations, feedback that lands, building trust without dropping the bar, leading without authority. Experienced managers need the opposite: sharpening what they've built, taking on harder challenges, learning to lead other leaders.

Team Effectiveness

For teams that are stuck, new, or under pressure.

Teams break down in patterns — trust thins, conflict goes underground or boils over, people stop committing because no one's holding the bar. Getting unstuck takes the right diagnosis first, then the right intervention, and that's not the same one every time. Sometimes it's the Five Behaviors® model; sometimes it's a different framework entirely. Always paired with facilitation that doesn't flinch from the real conversation.

Running a room — a partner pitch, an all-hands, a workshop — is rarely taught and almost always assumed. This is for the partner who needs to land a pitch, the leader facilitating their own team's strategy session, the L&D team that wants to deliver more of its own programs. Built on years of doing it, not a textbook.
