I designed and delivered learning and development for professional services firms for more than two decades — leadership development, team effectiveness, and presentation and facilitation skills, built around the team in front of me rather than a packaged curriculum.

Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors® are two of the assessments I use inside that practice. The work is the practice; the tools serve the work.
