HOW I WORK
Three ways to work with me.
Not sure which one you need? That's what the first call is for.
Whichever one it is, you work with me directly. The same person who scopes the work designs it and stands in front of the room, so nothing gets lost between the people who said yes and the people who show up.

Custom Design
Nothing on the shelf fits what you need, or you've tried something that was supposed to and it didn't land. I start by talking to the people involved: what the work actually looks like, where it goes wrong, what the firm needs to be different in six months. Then I build the program around that. Sometimes that's a new program from the ground up. Sometimes it's taking a program you already own and fixing the parts that don't work.
Best when: you have a goal that doesn't match a standard offering, or a program that exists but isn't doing what you hired it to do.
Talk about designing a programExpert Facilitation
You already have the program. Maybe your firm built it, maybe you licensed it, maybe I designed it for you last year. What you need is someone who can run it well: read the room, handle the partner who wants to argue with the model, slow down when people are working and move on when they're done. Designing a program and running it are different crafts, and I've spent more than twenty years on the second one.
Best when: the program exists and the delivery has to be excellent.
Talk about facilitationBuild Internal Capacity
You want this capability inside your firm, not on a vendor's calendar. That can mean designing programs your own team will run. It can mean coaching your internal facilitators until they're confident in front of a skeptical room. And it can mean helping your L&D team get fluent with the instruments I use, Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® among them, so they can run those sessions without me. The point is that the work keeps going after I leave.
Best when: the goal is a capability your firm keeps, not a one-time intervention.
Talk about building internal capacityWHERE IT APPLIES
Any of the three works for any of the problems I work on.
It might be a leadership cohort I design and run, a team offsite you ask me to facilitate or a presentation program I teach your own trainers to deliver. The mode is about how we work together. The practice area is about what we work on.
See what I work onLet's figure out which one you need.
A 30-minute call. You tell me what's going on and what you've already tried, I ask a lot of questions, and by the end we'll know which of these it is, or whether a colleague at one of the firms I work with would be a better fit.
