THE PROFILE

What each participant gets

A personalized management profile that explores your DiSC-based management style across four areas: directing and delegating, motivating, developing others and working with your own manager. It includes strategies for managing each DiSC style.

  • Adapt your directing style. Learn how to give instructions and set expectations in the way each direct report actually hears them.
  • Motivate differently. Discover what drives each person on your team, not what drives you, and adjust your approach.
  • Develop your people. Understand how each DiSC style learns and grows, so your coaching actually lands.
  • Manage up effectively. Apply the same DiSC lens to the relationship with your own manager.

I run it for new managers still working out their style, for experienced ones managing people who are nothing like them and for firms that want something more specific than generic leadership training.
