Custom Design
I build the program around your team.
Off-the-shelf curricula are designed for nobody in particular and end up not quite fitting anyone. Custom design starts with the actual team — the work they're doing, the pressures they're under, the difference between where they are and where they need to get to — and builds the program around that. Sometimes that's a new program from scratch. Sometimes it's revising one you already have so it actually does what you wanted it to do.
Best when:you have a goal that doesn't match a standard offering, or an existing program that isn't landing.

I run the room.
Designing a program and running it well are different crafts. The same person doing both means what I built is what shows up in the room, adapted in real time to what the team actually needs. This is for teams that have a program — yours, mine, or one we built together — and want it delivered by someone who can read and run a room.
Best when: the program exists, but the delivery has to be excellent.

I teach your team to do this work themselves.
Most internal L&D teams have plenty of capacity to deliver — what they often need is help building it well, or sharpening the skills of the people who'll deliver it. Enablement work means designing programs your team will run, training internal facilitators to deliver them, or building your team's fluency with assessment tools like Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors® so they can use them confidently.
Best when: the goal is internal capability, not a one-time intervention.
